Our McGinness Hills Complex is located in Lander County, Nevada on both public and privately leased land. The complex is comprised of three power plants, all utilizing air cooled binary systems. The generating capacity of the complex is 143 MW, with the first plant reaching commercial operation in July of 2012, and the third plant reaching commercial operation in December of 2018.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Job Description
The primary responsibility of a Plant Operator is to ensure that the operation of the power plant is safely and efficiently carried out in accordance with Plant Safety Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures. Additional duties include; monitoring plant systems and equipment on a continuous basis, and responding to alarms and out of specification parameters by taking appropriate corrective action.
